Our mission is to raise and equip a generation of men as great Generals and Commanders for God. That language can sound bold, even intimidating. But the Bible is full of ordinary men who became extraordinary leaders because they said yes to God.
A general is first a servant
Joshua led Israel into the Promised Land, but before that he spent years as Moses’ servant. Jesus Himself, the King of kings, said He came “not to be ministered unto, but to minister” (Mark 10:45). In God’s army, rank is earned on your knees.
Marks of a Kingdom commander
- He takes orders from heaven. His confidence comes from hearing God, not from applause.
- He goes first. He does not ask others to do what he will not do himself.
- He protects those under his care. His family, team and community are safer because he is there.
- He is courageous. “Be strong and of a good courage” (Joshua 1:9) is not a suggestion; it is a command.
Your territory is waiting
Every man has been given a sphere of influence: a home, a business, a classroom, a church, a city. That sphere is your territory. You are not there by accident. God has placed you there to establish His reign.
The question is not whether you are called to lead. It is whether you will answer.
