✓Content Submission Guidelines

Submissions that do not align with our theological focus or quality standards will be rejected.

Theological alignment

All songs, sermons and articles must align with mainstream biblical doctrine and serve our central mission: igniting revival, fostering Christ-centred leadership and promoting kingdom living. We do not accept material that promotes hyper-controversial theological debates, political partisanship, hate speech or divisive doctrines.

Audio quality standards

Audio must be clean, clear and fully audible. Recordings with heavy background noise, static or distortion will be disqualified.

Graphic art

Cover art and promotional images must be sharp, professional and decent. No blurry screenshots, pixelated designs or imagery that goes against Christian modesty and ethics.

Text & metadata accuracy

Make sure your title, minister or artist name, descriptions and lyrics are spelled correctly. Write-ups and sermon summaries must be written in clear, readable language.

⚖Terms of Service & Media Distribution Agreement

By ticking the agreement box and submitting content, you (the “Creator” or “Minister”) enter into a binding agreement with Dominion Mandates (the “Platform”).

1Intellectual Property & Originality Warranty

The Creator warrants that they are the legal owner, author or authorised distributor of all audio, written articles, images and lyrics submitted. You guarantee that the content does not violate or infringe the copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property rights of any third party or record label.

2Non-Exclusive Distribution Licence

By submitting content, the Creator grants Dominion Mandates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, stream, distribute, index, format and make your media available for public digital download.

3Absolute Right of Refusal & Removal

Dominion Mandates is a curated gospel platform. We reserve the absolute right to approve, put on hold, edit metadata for clarity, or reject any submission, without prior notice or explanation. We also reserve the right to take down previously published media if copyright disputes or ethical concerns arise.

4Zero Financial Liability (Free Distribution)

Unless explicitly stated in a separate signed sponsorship contract, all standard dashboard submissions are made as free-will offerings for global ministry impact. The Creator agrees that Dominion Mandates is not liable to pay royalties, streaming fees or mechanical download fees for hosted public materials.

5Limitation of Liability

Dominion Mandates provides hosting and distribution infrastructure “as is”. While we use reliable, professional hosting services, we are not liable for accidental data loss, server downtime, or the unauthorised redistribution of your files by third parties after they have been downloaded from our website.
