“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good tidings of good, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, ‘Your God reigns’.” (Isaiah 52:7)
This single verse sits at the heart of Dominion Mandates. It shapes what we create, how we create it, and why.
The messenger on the mountain
In the ancient world, news travelled on foot. A runner crossing the hills could be seen from far away, and everyone in the city waited to hear what he carried: defeat or victory, fear or peace. Isaiah describes a messenger whose news is the best news of all: your God reigns.
Today’s mountains
Our logo’s majestic mountain represents the vast landscape of media. Songs, sermons, articles, videos and infographics now travel further and faster than any runner ever could. These are today’s mountains, and whoever stands on them shapes what a generation believes.
We believe followers of Jesus must not leave these heights empty. If culture is being formed on screens and in headphones, then the good news must be heard there too, clearly, beautifully and without apology.
What we publish
- Peace for anxious hearts.
- Good tidings in a world weary of bad news.
- Salvation through Jesus Christ alone.
